The lack of split-screen does seem to be only affecting Xbox Series X users, but more reports continue to appear as strange glitches crop up. Aside from constant crashing, the title does not display an option for split-screen play at all. While the main player has full control, a second player has a less enjoyable experience. On platforms that the option appears through, players have found that despite Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's size, split-screen is almost unplayable.
